    Nice solid piece, doesn’t seem to have much wear, wheels are still pretty tight. Solid heavy bronze. A little green patina to the bronze. Nice solid unit. I don’t know if it’s deck mount or pole mount as the piece has a slight curve to the base. Please review photos.
