This product designed for quick repair and reinforcing broken, repped, damaged, split plastic on autos, motorcycles, ATVs, boats etc. When heat to embed a staple into the plastic to “stitch” tears in plastic back together. It can repair broken fittings on headlight assemblies, such as torn tabs, or any other plastic components. Restores components to original strength is important, structural repair while still maintaining flexibility to allow for proper fitting of components and bumpers.
Proceed as follows:
Remove the paint(if there are any)before operating.
Connect with power, the POWER light is on. According to the crack, choose the suitable to insert the holes of the copper bars.
Press switch to heat the staple insert the staple into plastic and hold for 3 seconds to finish fixing.
Cut the staple pins that are outside the plastic surface.
Grind or Iron the fixed break.
